Common Questions

Do I need to have a script or talking points prepared?

Not necessarily. We work through this together during the brand strategy call. For interview-style segments, we’ll develop a set of guiding questions so the conversation feels natural — not scripted. For b-roll-only packages like The Social Reel, no talking is required at all.

What kind of music is included? Can I choose it?

All music is licensed for commercial use — safe to post on any platform without copyright claims. We’ll discuss your brand’s feel and tone during the strategy call, and you’ll have input on the selection. If you have a specific track in mind, let us know and we’ll confirm licensing before the session.

Can I combine a video session with a photography session?

Yes, and it’s often the most efficient approach. Video and photography sessions can run back-to-back on the same day — one location, one wardrobe setup, a complete content library. Mention at booking that you want to combine both and we’ll plan the day accordingly.

What if I don’t love the clips?

If the delivered clips don’t match the brand direction we established together, we’ll reshoot the specific setups — free. The shot list and strategy call exist precisely to prevent misalignment, but if it happens, we make it right.
