How quickly will I receive my listing photos?
Turnaround depends on your package. Starter package photos are delivered within 48 hours. Standard and Premium package photos are delivered the next business day. Rush delivery (same-day) is available as an add-on for +$75.
What areas do you serve?
We’re based in South King County and serve Kent, Renton, Auburn, Federal Way, Tukwila, Covington, Maple Valley, Black Diamond, and the greater Seattle area. Not sure if we cover your area? Contact us — we likely do.
How long does a typical property shoot take?
Most shoots take between 1 and 2 hours depending on the size of the property. Larger homes or properties with complex exteriors may take slightly longer. You don’t need to be present for the shoot.
Do you photograph occupied homes?
Yes. We photograph both vacant and occupied homes. For occupied listings, we’ll send you our pre-shoot staging checklist so the property is ready when we arrive. A little preparation goes a long way toward better photos.
What if the weather is bad on shoot day?
If weather prevents quality exterior shots, we’ll shoot the interior on schedule and return for exterior photos at no additional charge once conditions improve. We won’t deliver exterior photos that don’t represent the property well.
Are the photos MLS-ready?
Yes. Every package includes photos formatted to NWMLS specifications — correct resolution, file size, and color profile. You can upload directly from your delivery gallery without any additional processing.
Do you offer virtual staging?
Yes. Virtual staging is available as an add-on for $30 per room. This is ideal for vacant properties where buyers need help visualizing the space furnished. Turnaround for virtual staging is 24-48 hours after photo delivery.
Do you offer volume pricing?
